The AGM for 2025 will be held on the 17th January 2026

Requests for nominations for committee members have been sent via email ( deadline is the 7th December 2025) and the Full Agenda will be sent via post on the 8th December, once all the committee nominations have been recieved. These will contain the voting slips for all shareholding members.
Tea and Coffee will be provided and along with a couple of presentations, a Question and Answer session is planned ( please send your Questions to Nicola ( Clerk) as soon as possible. )
